Concierge Longevity Medicine

Your longevity physician, for the long run.

I focus on the long game: understanding how your health is changing, connecting the data, setting priorities, and helping you make better decisions over time.

This is one longitudinal physician relationship, built around longevity, prevention, physiology, and health optimization, with the same physician following your story from one year to the next.

What working together looks like

One physician.A long memory.Better decisions over time.

The value compounds because I know the context: what changed, what didn’t, what we tried, and what matters now.

  • Continuity

One physician follows your story over time instead of starting over at each visit.

  • Quarterly

Quarterly substantive reviews, with additional follow-up when your care needs it.

  • Between reviews

Call or text me directly when something needs attention.

  • Measures

Labs, symptoms, goals, and prior decisions are reviewed over time, not as isolated data points.

  • Where

By video across North Carolina, with in-person care in Charlotte when useful.

  • Alongside

Additional services, referrals, and specialist input when clinically appropriate.

Working together begins with the Assessment

The Precision Health Assessment is the first clinical step.

  3. 03Your Precision Health Plan
  4. 04Work together over time, when it makes sense

The Assessment stands on its own, and ongoing work is not guaranteed. If we both want to continue and I have capacity, the Assessment becomes the foundation for everything we do together over time.

What the fee covers

What my fee covers, and what it does not.

  • Testing, imaging, medications, and supplements are separate third-party costs. Those organizations bill their own prices, and my practice adds no markup.
  • You see the relevant costs before you decide.

Questions

Practical questions.

You contact me directly by phone, text, or email, and I answer personally rather than through a triage line. You can reach out between reviews, including outside business hours. I am not always immediately available, and messages are not continuously monitored; when I am, I assess what you send and help direct the next step. This is not an emergency service. Emergencies are 911.

Where to start

I keep this practice small on purpose.

A small practice is what makes this level of attention possible. Accepted patients begin with the Precision Health Assessment, and I recommend what comes after it.
