Longevity Medicine · Raleigh · Durham · Cary · Chapel Hill
Your personal longevity doctor for Raleigh and the Triangle.
I am Dr. Daniel Tagge, MD, North Carolina’s only fully certified Health Optimization Medicine physician. Concierge longevity, healthspan first, with metabolomics as the core tool. For the Triangle it’s a fully virtual practice: we work over video, and your testing is collected at home and drawn at a Quest location near you.
The Plan is free. So is the call. Fully virtual across NC.
What patients come for
Six reasons Triangle patients reach out.
The Triangle runs on cognitive output. RTP scientists, Duke and UNC faculty, founders, and physicians. These are the doors people walk in through.

How to work with me
Fully virtual for the Triangle.
Everything except the house calls runs fully virtually here: the consultation, the Deep Dive, and the practice itself. (Home visits stay a Charlotte-metro service.) Here is the path in, from a free plan to your first visit, with draws and kits handled locally in the Triangle.
Talk to Dr. Tagge.
A few questions that talk to Dr. Tagge: which tier fits, what testing you actually need, and what it would cost. Free, and it ends in a conversation rather than a checkout.
Talk to Dr. TaggeYour first visit: the establishing consultation.
Every relationship starts here. One thorough visit by video for the Triangle: your records reviewed before we meet, your questions taken seriously, and your Precision Health Plan in your hands after.
How the consultation worksTwo ways in: the Deep Dive, or the practice itself.
Priced all in, always itemized: a published fee plus testing at my actual cost. The Deep Dive is the full measurement in one round, with the kits collected at home and the blood drawn locally. The practice makes me your doctor, fully virtually across North Carolina, with prescriptions handled, unhurried visits, and testing and medications at cost. I don't bundle five-figure scans you may not need.
