Concierge longevity medicine for Raleigh and the Triangle
I am Daniel Tagge, MD, a board-certified family physician certified in Health Optimization Medicine. Tagge Health is based in Charlotte, and I work with appropriate patients elsewhere in North Carolina. For the Triangle, care is by video unless something else is specifically arranged, and it begins the same way it does for everyone: you apply, and accepted patients start with the Precision Health Assessment.
Nothing is charged when you apply. There is no Raleigh office.

How it works when you are not in Charlotte
Video visits, on the same rhythm.
The Assessment and the reviews that set the rhythm of ongoing care are held by video for Triangle patients. Between reviews you have the same direct call and text access every patient has. Home visits are a Charlotte-metro service and are not offered in the Triangle.
Testing near you.
Blood is drawn at a laboratory near you, and testing that is collected at home ships to your door. I choose testing for you, starting with standard laboratory assessment, and its cost is agreed before anything is ordered.
The same process, the same fees.
You apply, I read it myself, and I follow up with you after review. If we are a good fit, care begins with the Precision Health Assessment at the one fee I publish for it. Nothing about the process or the pricing changes because you live in the Triangle.

The Precision Health Assessment, by video
One thorough physician consultation: your history, records and results read before we meet and interpreted in the context of your goals, the clinical evidence and standard medical assessment, then a written Precision Health Plan you keep. It stands on its own and does not guarantee ongoing care. If an ongoing relationship makes sense, that is a separate decision we make afterward.

- Trained at the Medical University of South Carolina. Residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
- Certified in Health Optimization Medicine (HOMe), including the advanced Peptide Hormones certification.
- Trained in medical acupuncture at the Helms Medical Institute.
- Licensed in North Carolina. Based in Charlotte.
