Where You Stand
A clear synthesis of your current health, what matters most, and the direction to head.
Clinical Synthesis

What looks good, what deserves attention, and the patterns that connect them, interpreted against your history, your goals, and the clinical evidence. Your Plan starts from the priorities this synthesis sets.

The part of my work I’d do for free is reading someone’s whole story at once: records, labs, history. That’s where the pattern shows up.

How it works

  1. Before

I review your relevant records, history, and available data before we meet.

    What should I send?

After you enroll: recent labs, imaging, specialist notes, medication or supplement lists, and other records that seem relevant. Send what you have.

  2. During

We work through what matters most: your goals, history, symptoms, prior decisions, and the questions that still need answers.

  3. After

I turn the review and our conversation into your written Precision Health Plan: what matters now, what to do next, and how we’ll know whether it’s working.

What happens after

The Assessment gives you clarity and direction.

You leave with your Precision Health Plan whether or not we continue working together.

If the work needs execution, measurement, and adjustment over time, that is what the Precision Partnership is for.

Patients

In their words.

  • “I was looking for a doctor who could be a partner and actually pull together all my history and past testing. Dr. Tagge has been that for three years now. Heart health was my biggest concern so that's where we started. He ordered the labs, gave me a plan and numbers to track so I know I'm on the right path. He's very data driven and his reports are so thorough I usually have my answers before I think to ask. The biggest thing for me is I don't lie awake wondering if something's being missed anymore. I trust he's looking at the whole picture. Highly recommend.”
