This gives me the opportunity to understand your history, goals, existing data, and priorities before we decide what kind of ongoing relationship makes the most sense.
What you’re applying for
Tagge Health is a private physician practice combining comprehensive primary care with longevity and health optimization. Patients work directly with me, with longer visits, direct communication, home visits in the Charlotte area, and ongoing attention to prevention and long-term health.
What happens first
The Precision Health Assessment is a one-time, $500 physician review. Before we meet, I go through your health history, goals, medications, previous testing, and other relevant information. We then meet in depth, and you leave with a written assessment and clear priorities. Nothing is charged when you apply.

Membership options begin at $3,000 per year, depending on the scope of care. Which level of support makes sense is a decision we make together after the Assessment.
