Precision Health Assessment $500
A comprehensive physician review of your health history, current concerns, existing testing, risks, and goals. Before we meet, I review the information you provide and identify the patterns that deserve attention. We then meet for a detailed consultation, and you leave with a written assessment and prioritized plan for what comes next.
