What being my patient is like.

The first months
We begin with the whole picture. Your history, unhurried, at your kitchen table. A complete round of testing: blood work, metabolomics, and gut, collected at home and read to you in plain English. By the end you hold a written plan, and I hold a baseline I know by heart.

The rhythm
Visits at home or on screen, on the cadence your health calls for. Targeted rechecks prove the plan moved what it was built to move, and the plan changes when your biology does. The small questions reach me directly, before they grow into large ones.

When something goes wrong
You call me, not a portal. Same-day care, at home or virtually, from the physician who already knows your history. When a specialist matters, I prepare you before and we debrief after, and when it matters most, I am in the room with you.

Over the years
This is where the work compounds: years of your own data read as a trend, a physician who remembers, and a plan rebuilt as many times as your life has changed. Health is not a project with an end date, and neither is this.

Testing is never bundled into the fee. It passes through at my cost, quoted before anything is ordered, so the fee buys one thing only: me.

A 15-minute call
With me, not a scheduler. I learn what is going on, you learn how I work, and I tell you honestly whether the practice fits what you need.

The first visit, in your home
History, exam, and the conversation your health has been missing, at your kitchen table rather than a waiting room.

You decide with the full picture
No pressure, and no expiring quote. You will know what I found, what I recommend, and what it costs.
Memberships are released in small groups, so the patients I have are never crowded by the patients I am adding. When a group is taken, the waitlist opens, and I will tell you honestly how long it is.
The money, plainly
One annual fee. Nothing hiding inside it.
The fee is for my time, my attention, and my access. It is settled on the call, after I understand what your care actually involves, and stated before anything begins. Testing, medications, and supplements are never inside it: they pass through at my cost with the invoice visible. I practice as a health fiduciary, and I never profit from what I order.
Your rate is locked. And you are never trapped.
The rate you join at is the rate you keep for as long as you remain a member. In your first 60 days, if this is not the most thorough medical care you have ever received, tell me and I will refund your membership fee in full. After that, you may leave at any time and receive back every unused month. I call it the Fire Your Doctor Guarantee, because you should always be free to.
Testing already performed isn’t refundable.

Asked before joining.
An annual fee, settled on the call after I understand what your care actually involves. I would rather you hear the number from me with the reasoning attached than read it here stripped of both. Testing always passes through at my cost with the invoice visible, quoted before anything is ordered. There is never a surprise bill in this practice.
