Ongoing care at Tagge Precision Health is by retainer, extended after we have established a doctor-patient relationship. It is not a tier you select. It is something I personalize to each patient once I know your biology, your priorities, and what the right cadence of care looks like for you. Some patients need close clinical contact. Others want a physician available for whatever comes next. I build the care plan around the patient. Not around a cookie cutter menu.
