Women’s Core Panel

Estradiol, progesterone, and FSH/LH read in cycle context, plus testosterone, SHBG, full thyroid baseline, and the metabolic + safety markers that govern how it all behaves. Cycle-timed sampling , you’ll receive specific draw-day instructions based on where you are in your cycle.

What’s tested

70

biomarkers

Grouped by clinical axis. Notes flag the markers where the assay choice or interpretation matters most.

Sex hormones , cycle-timed

9 markers
  • Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS· 1
  • Progesterone, LC/MS/MS· 1
  • FSH and LH· 2
  • Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable and Total, LC/MS/MS· 5

Why these matter

  • Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS

Mass-spec assay; handles both cycling and post-menopausal levels accurately.

  • Progesterone, LC/MS/MS

Mass-spec, matching the estradiol and testosterone assays in this panel rather than the immunoassay. Best drawn ~day 19 to 21 of cycle to confirm ovulation. Instructions provided.

  • Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable and Total, LC/MS/MS

The mass-spec assay matters more for women than for men , female testosterone levels are 10x lower; immunoassay is unreliable at this range. Includes SHBG and albumin.

Thyroid baseline

2 markers
  • TSH· 1
  • Free T4 (FT4)· 1

Metabolic + safety context

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel· 18

The other way

A panel is a snapshot. Ongoing care is the relationship.

The panel

Women’s Core Panel

$297one-time

A snapshot. Yours to keep. Includes the lab work and a physician’s interpretation. The right move when one read is the question.

The relationship

Ongoing care

The panel is the snapshot; ongoing care is the relationship. A membership keeps a doctor who knows you in your phone and puts your metabolism on a testing rhythm, measured and corrected at what I pay. The right move when one read isn’t the question.
