One physician, for the long run.

Ongoing care with me is one model with two physician roles. As your Longevity Physician, you keep your doctor and I take on the long game. As your Personal Physician, I am your physician for everything. Both begin with the Precision Health Assessment.

What ongoing care is

One physician. A long memory. Better decisions over time.

Continuous
One physician follows your story over time, rather than starting again at each visit. Much of the work happens between visits.
Quarterly
Substantive physician reviews are the default rhythm: what changed, what worked, what comes next, with further follow-up when your care needs it.
Between reviews
Call or text me directly when something needs attention. I may not always be immediately available. For emergencies, call 911.
Measured
Labs, symptoms, goals, and prior decisions are read longitudinally and in context, and testing is repeated only when it will change a decision.
Where
By video across North Carolina and, when useful, at home across the Charlotte metro.
Alongside
Medical acupuncture when it will help, care coordination, and a specialist appointment attended with you when it matters. Lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, recovery, and supplement guidance are part of the plan, not separate services.

What my fee covers, and what it does not.

  • Testing, imaging, medications, and supplements are separate third-party costs. Those organizations bill at their own price, and my practice adds no markup.
  • You see the relevant costs before you decide.

Practical questions.

You contact me directly by phone, text, or email, and I answer personally rather than through a triage line. You can reach out between reviews, including outside business hours. I am not always immediately available, and messages are not continuously monitored; when I am, I assess what you send and help direct the next step. This is not an emergency service. Emergencies are 911.
