Comprehensive engagement
The Precision Workup.
$3,500
Six months, all-inclusive
For patients who want the complete picture from day one. The comprehensive option after a Consult, or for those who arrive knowing they want everything investigated up front.
What is included
A six-month arc, fully bundled.
One-time clinical events
- We start with a 60-minute enrollment visit to set the foundation and align on your goals.
- Once your data is in, we meet for a 60-minute results review to walk through everything together.
- At Month 2, we touch base to refine the plan based on how implementation is going.
- At Month 3, we meet for a 30-minute review of your retest data to see what has moved.
- At Month 6, we close out with a 45-minute consultation to review the arc and discuss what comes next.
Testing (bundled, included)
- I order a 90-marker blood panel, drawn at the Quest location of your choice.
- You complete a Genova metabolomics test at home, either OAT or NutrEval, depending on your clinical picture.
- You complete a Genova GI Effects stool test at home to read your gut microbiome and digestive function.
- You wear a continuous glucose monitor for 14 days so we can map your real-world glycemic response.
- At three months, I order a targeted retest of your priority markers to track response to the plan.
Deliverables
- You receive a personalized Precision Health Plan of 15 to 25 pages, written specifically for you and updated as your data evolves.
- Your supplement protocol is personalized to your biology and delivered through Fullscript at a 35% discount.
- I write a lifestyle prescription covering nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, calibrated to what your biology actually needs.
Six months of support
- Between visits, you can message me through your patient portal anytime from 9am to 5pm, seven days a week. I respond within three hours.
- Your Plan is refined at the 3-month and 6-month touchpoints to keep pace with what your data is showing.
- Any additional testing ordered during the engagement is billed at member rate, my wholesale cost with no markup.

- You want a one-time lab panel without ongoing engagement

The deliverable
Inside your Precision Health Plan.
A living clinical document. Updated at every check-in, referenced at every visit, the single source of truth for your care. The picture of your biology and the path forward, in one place.
Not sure?
Start with the Consult, then decide.
If you are not sure whether the Workup is right for you, start with a Precision Consult ($500) and we’ll figure out together.
After the Workup
Most patients continue with the Partnership.
We discuss it during your closeout consultation. Some patients take their Plan and run independently. Some come back when it is time to remeasure.
Common questions
What patients ask before they decide.
How is pricing handled?+
The Workup is $3,500 for the full six-month engagement. All consultations, the bundled testing, the 3-month retest, the Plan, and async messaging are included. We discuss fit on a Precision Call before enrollment.
Why six months and not a one-time evaluation?+
Testing produces a snapshot. Behavior change, protocol refinement, and re-measurement produce results. Six months is the window where the full arc plays out: implementation, response, retest, refinement.
What if my schedule does not fit a six-month commitment?+
If you want the data without the ongoing engagement, the Precision Consult is the right starting point. I can also talk through whether the timing for the Workup makes sense on the Precision Call.
How does async messaging work?+
Secure messaging through your patient portal, available 9am to 5pm seven days a week, with a three-hour response window during those hours. Use it for clarifications, protocol questions, and ongoing dialogue. This is not 24-hour care and is not intended for acute care or after-hours access.
What happens at the 3-month retest?+
I order a targeted retest of your priority markers to track response to your plan. We review what moved, what did not, and refine the protocol together based on the data.
What if I want additional testing during the engagement?+
You receive member rates on any additional labs or advanced testing ordered through the practice. Wholesale cost, no markup. Test interpretation and protocol updates are included in the engagement.
What happens after Month 6?+
Most patients continue with the Precision Partnership for ongoing care. Some take their Plan and run independently, returning when it is time to remeasure. We discuss the path that fits you during your closeout consultation.
Can I bring my existing primary care physician into the loop?+
Yes, and I encourage it. Tagge Precision Health is a precision medicine specialty practice. You maintain your PCP for acute illness, prescriptions outside the optimization scope, and standard preventive care. I share clinical summaries with your PCP on request.
Healthspan is what we are after. Longevity is its echo.
