I come to you on a rhythm, and when something comes up in between. Your home tells me things a waiting room never will.
My personal number, around the clock
Not a portal, not an answering service. When something worries you at 9pm, you text the doctor who knows you.
The testing logistics, handled
I arrange a home blood draw and I collect your urine sample myself. Results ordered, tracked, and explained without you managing any of it, at my cost with invoices visible.
Acupuncture in your home
Medical acupuncture from your own physician, in your own living room, woven into the same plan as everything else.
Supplements, sourced and delivered
Sourced wholesale, hand delivered, and walked through in person. I make nothing on them; the service lives in the fee.

The fee is still the whole cost
No premium on top, no deductible, no copay, no bill after the visit. Labs, medications, and supplements pass through at cost.
On the total cost of care: health system concierge programs here charge an annual membership, frequently a separate fee for the comprehensive physical, and bill your insurance on top of both. Add premiums and cost sharing and the real number is often comparable, for care in a standard visit slot from a physician who does not come to your home.

The visit
An unhurried home visit: exam, review of everything since last time, and the conversation your health actually needs.

The measurement
Testing on the rhythm you chose. I arrange a home blood draw and I collect your urine sample myself, then compare the results to optimal ranges rather than merely normal.

The adjustments
The plan moves as your biology does: medications, protocols, and referrals coordinated by one physician who holds the whole picture.
Two numbers, never one.
My fee is flat. Your testing passes through at what I pay. You can check every part of that.

The cadence
Quarterly, or prepaid
Only the fee has a cadence; testing is invoiced at my cost as it is ordered. Prepay the year and two months are free.
I handle the testing here: I arrange the draw, collect your specimen, and keep the rhythm, all at what I pay. One relationship, nothing to schedule, nothing to decide, and the testing stays itemised so you always see the arithmetic.
Is this the right tier?
Concierge is Charlotte metro only, and it is built around the doorstep. If you are elsewhere in North Carolina, or you simply do not need the home visits, Virtual Primary Care is the same physician on your screen for a smaller fee. Do not pay for a doorstep you will not use.
