Concierge primary care
The full practice, at your door.
Quarterly home visits across the Charlotte metro, around-the-clock access to my personal number, and your testing and prescriptions handled for you. $600 a month solo, $1,000 for a couple.
What concierge means here.
Quarterly home visits, and as needed
I come to you on a rhythm, and when something comes up in between. Your home tells me things a waiting room never will.
My personal number, around the clock
Not a portal, not an answering service. When something worries you at 9pm, you text the doctor who knows you.
Testing and prescriptions, handled
Ordered, tracked, and explained without you managing any of it. Labs and medications at my cost, invoices visible.
A deliberately small panel
This level of access only works if few people have it. I keep the concierge panel small on purpose.
What a quarter looks like
A rhythm, not a subscription.
01
The visit
An unhurried home visit: exam, review of everything since last time, and the conversation your health actually needs.
02
The measurement
Testing on a schedule, drawn at home or nearby, read against optimal rather than merely normal.
03
The adjustments
The plan moves as your biology does: medications, protocols, and referrals coordinated by one physician who holds the whole picture.
Plain pricing.
Solo
$600/month
or $6,000/year, ten months for twelve
Couple
$1,000/month
or $10,000/year. It’s better together, and priced that way.
Labs, medications, and the deeper longevity testing are never marked up: ordered at my cost with the invoice visible. How the Longevity Program pairs with this.
Common questions.
Start with an introduction.
Tell me about your household and I'll call you personally. If concierge care isn't the right fit, I'll tell you what is.
