Precision Consult · $500
Your data, read by a physician who specializes in health.
Bring whatever data you already have. I read it against what optimal actually looks like, walk you through it at our visit, and deliver your written Precision Health Plan within 48 hours.
This is for you if
- You already have the data and want a physician to read it.
- You’ve been told “everything looks fine,” but something is off.
- You want an actual synthesis by a physician, not an age score.
Information-only, available to adults across the United States.
How it works
Your path with me.
What working together on the Consult looks like, from first touch to delivered Plan.
Phase 01 · Begin
Before our visit.
After our call, if you are ready to book, I’ll send you a link. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a link to create an account in my EMR. Log in and complete the intake process, download the mobile app, and send me a secure message. Email or upload everything you have: AI-synthesis, labs, history, prior workups, wearable data, supplement list, what’s worked and what hasn’t.
I read it all before we meet so our visit is about your care, not your chart.
Phase 02 · Meet
Our visit.
We sit down virtually and I walk you through what your data is actually saying, where the gaps are, and what I’d prioritize. You ask the questions you came with. Nothing is rushed.
The visit you wished your physician could give you.
Phase 03 · Deliver
The Plan, in writing.
Within 48 hours, you receive your written Precision Health Plan: priorities ranked by impact, biology read against optimal ranges, and the reasoning behind every suggestion. The Plan is yours to keep, a written summary of what your data is telling you that you can act on yourself or share with your other physicians. If you want to go further, the $500 credits toward a Precision Workup if you want more testing, or toward a Precision Partnership if you want me as your ongoing physician.
Yours to act on.
The deliverable
Inside the Plan.
A clinical synthesis of your health, specific to you.
- Your priorities, ranked by impact
- Your biology, interpreted against optimal ranges
- Your protocol, with the reasoning behind every recommendation
- What to track over the next thirty days
Questions
Common questions.
A one-time video session with me, plus a written Precision Health Plan. You bring whatever data you have. I read it, tell you what it means, identify the gaps, and give you a plan with prioritized next steps. The Consult is educational and information-only. It is consulting-style work, not ongoing medical care, and is available to adults across the United States.
No. The Consult is educational and information-only. I don’t write prescriptions or order new lab tests as part of the Consult. Prescribing and new lab orders happen within the Precision Workup or the Precision Partnership, which involve an ongoing physician-patient relationship and are available only in states where I’m licensed (currently North Carolina).
Any recent lab work, wearable data, genetic testing, or health records you have. The more data you bring, the more specific your plan will be. If you don’t have any prior data, that’s fine too. We’ll identify what to test first.
Yes. If you book the Precision Workup within 30 days of your Precision Consult, the full $500 is credited toward your Workup.
The Precision Consult works with the data you already have. The Precision Workup orders a full panel of new testing, includes a complete physician synthesis across multiple visits, and is shaped to your goals from a free Precision Call. The Consult tells you where to look. The Workup shows you everything.
No. The Consult is a one-time visit and does not establish an ongoing doctor-patient relationship. If you want me as your ongoing physician, the Precision Partnership is the membership designed for that, but it’s a separate enrollment and currently only available to North Carolina residents.
Yes. Because the Consult is information-only and does not establish ongoing care, it is available to anyone in the United States. The Precision Workup and Precision Partnership, which involve ongoing clinical care, are limited to states where I’m licensed (currently North Carolina).
