Charlotte · One physician · Ten memberships

Ten patients. One physician. The year starts at your kitchen table.

I’m Dr. Tagge, the only physician in North Carolina fully certified in Health Optimization Medicine. I’m opening ten memberships in my Charlotte practice. Your year begins with the most complete measurement of your biology you’ve ever had, collected mostly in your home, and I stay all year to act on it.

  • A 200-plus marker baseline of your metabolism, hormones, nutrients, and gut, included in your first month
  • Every result explained line by line, in your home, with a written plan in your first week
  • If your baseline doesn't surface real, explainable findings, the entire year is refunded
Book a call with me

The call is free and it’s with me, not a scheduler. I usually call the same day.

The problem

You’re used to disease being managed. You’ve never had health measured.

The standard annual panel checks about forty markers, and every one of them is looking for disease that already arrived. Twelve minutes with a doctor who is reading the screen instead of you. A referral instead of a plan. A portal instead of a phone number. If your health has been slipping and every appointment ends with “your labs are normal,” nothing in that system is broken. It was built this way. I built something else.

What the year contains

One fee. Everything below is in it. Nothing is an upsell.

My fee buys one thing. Me, for a year. Here is what that contains.

  • The Complete Baseline

    $2,500 value

Every membership starts here, in your first month. More than 200 markers across your metabolism, hormones, nutrients, and gut. I collect most of it at your kitchen table. Labs are billed at my cost and you see the invoice, and for the first ten members, I pay it.

  • The 48-Hour First Read

    $750 value

Before any new testing, I read every record you already have and send you a written assessment within 48 hours of our first visit.

  • The Line-by-Line Results Session

    $900 value

In your home. Every marker, in plain English, compared to optimal rather than merely normal.

  • Your Precision Plan

    $1,200 value

A written plan in your first week of membership. Findings, mechanisms, and what we're doing about each one.

  • Four Home Visits across the year

    $2,800 value

Your kitchen table is a better exam room than mine.

  • The Direct Line

    $2,400 value

My number. You call me, not a portal. I respond the same business day, guaranteed below.

  • Bonus: The Supplement Cabinet Cleanout

    $400 value

At our first visit, bring every bottle. Keep, toss, or replace, with a reason for each verdict.

  • Bonus: The Specialist Letter

    $500 value

When a specialist matters, I write the letter, and I'll attend one appointment with you this year.

  • Prescriptions within scope

Hormones and peptides where appropriate and safe, at pharmacy cost. I take no markup on anything I order.

$11,450 in assigned value, before you put a number on having a private physician at all. You pay one number, below.

I'm an optometrist who built and sold a practice. I know what good medicine looks like and I know what it costs to deliver it. I came to Daniel after trying everything. He found bottlenecks in my metabolism that nobody had even looked for. The work he does is a different category of medicine. If you're tired of being told everything looks fine, or you know your health could be better, start here.

How it runs

Three steps to start. Then a year.

  1. 01

    A free call with me.

We talk about what's going on and whether this practice fits. No card, no charge.

  2. 02

    The Baseline month.

First home visit, the 48-hour first read, specimen collection at your table, the results session, and your written Precision Plan in week one.

  3. 03

    The year.

Quarterly home visits, retesting when the plan calls for it at my cost, and my number in your phone.

The price

The Private Physician Year is $5,000.

That’s the price. It doesn’t go up after a launch window, and for as long as you stay a member, it never goes up for you at all. My fee buys one thing, me, for a year. Testing and prescriptions pass through at my cost, quoted before they’re ordered, invoice visible. I don’t profit from a single thing I recommend.

What the first ten get that nobody after them will.

Every membership starts with the Complete Baseline, and the baseline lab work runs about $1,500 at my cost. For my first ten members, I pay that bill. You’ll see the invoice like every member does. Mine is the name on the payment.

I’m doing this for a plain reason. I want my first ten patients’ results, with their permission, to become the proof this practice runs on.

10 of 10 memberships remain.

My commitment to you

The risk is mine. All of it.

The Findings Guarantee.

If your Complete Baseline doesn't surface at least five specific, explainable findings, each with a written action step, I refund the entire year. Labs are billed at your cost either way.

The Fire Your Doctor Guarantee.

Sixty days, any reason, full refund. After sixty days, leave whenever you want and I return your unused months.

The Same Day Guarantee.

Message me during business hours and I respond that same day, or that month is free.

If I can’t find anything, you don’t pay. If this isn’t for you, you don’t pay. If I go quiet, I pay you.

Fit

Who this is for. And who it isn’t.

Yes, if

  • You're a Charlotte adult who feels their health slipping.
  • You've been told everything is fine and you don't believe it.
  • You want one physician holding the whole picture.
  • You'd rather measure than guess.

Not for

  • You're looking for a prescription without a physician.
  • You want a portal instead of a person.
  • You won't do the work of being measured.

I’d rather say that now than take your money and disappoint you later.

The physician

Who you would be hiring.

Capacity

Ten memberships. One start month. That’s the whole launch.

I do every visit myself, in your home. Ten new members is what one physician can onboard well, so all ten baselines run together in October. That’s not a marketing device, it’s how I batch the draws and the kits so every member’s first month gets my full attention. When ten are taken, this page will say so.

Questions

The things people ask me first.

The fee is the physician. Me, for a year, and every visit, plan, and read inside it. Billed separately, and only at my cost: the labs in your baseline, which run about $1,500, any retesting the plan calls for, and prescriptions at pharmacy cost. Nothing is ordered before it's quoted and you see the invoice I see. For the first ten members, the baseline lab bill is on me.

You’ve been told everything is fine for years.

You don’t feel fine. You feel dismissed. Ten people are going to spend the next year with a physician who measures instead of reassures, who comes to the house, and who answers the phone. If you want one of those ten places, the call is free and it’s with me.
