60 minutes with me via telehealth. Your full health history, goals, symptoms, medications, supplements, and any prior labs or data you bring. We review everything and design your testing plan together.
Three Laboratory Panels
A full blood panel through Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, with mobile draw available. Genova Metabolomix+ covering organic acids, amino acids, toxic metals, and fatty acids. Genova GI Effects for gut microbiome, digestion, and inflammation. 250+ biomarkers total. Kits shipped to your home.

What is the Precision Metabolic Workup?+
A physician-led metabolic evaluation. Three lab panels, 250+ biomarkers, and two 60-minute visits with Dr. Tagge. You receive a written Precision Health Plan with prioritized findings and every recommendation traceable to your data.
What testing is included?+
A comprehensive blood panel covering metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and advanced cardiovascular markers. Genova Metabolomix+ with urine toxic elements and essential fatty acid analysis. And Genova GI Effects for digestive and microbiome assessment. All panels ship to your home or use a local lab draw.
How long does the process take?+
About 4 to 6 weeks from intake to results delivery. Your intake visit happens first, test kits ship to you within days, results return in 10 to 21 days, then we schedule your results visit.
Are supplements and prescriptions included?+
Supplement and prescription costs are separate. All supplement orders through Fullscript receive our maximum 35% discount. Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy.
Is this covered by insurance?+
This is a cash-pay service. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Payment is processed through Healthie.
What happens after the evaluation?+
Ongoing care is available through a monthly membership that includes check-ins, protocol adjustments, and messaging access with Dr. Tagge. Progress is measured against the same baseline data from your evaluation.
